IF you decide you would like us to attend your property to carry out a free no commitment survey you can expect:
- A visit from one of our survey trained engineers (not a sales person). After assessing your requirements and also the structure of the staircase and the environment that the lift will be situated in, they will then discuss with you the most suitable products, the option of new, reconditioned, or rental Stairlifts and provide you with a written quotation. Reconditioned lifts start from £795.
- IF after consideration Apple stairlifts is your chosen provider we will discuss the time scale for the installation. We aim to install all our straight lifts within 5 working days on reconditioned lifts and 8 on new stairlifts. If a curved stairlifts is required we will carry out an additional site visit to carry out a detailed site survey and submit it to the manufactures, this is due to curve lifts being made bespoke to your staircase.
We can also provide stairlift rental. This offers itself as a more cost effective option for someone recovering from an operation or short term illness, or if a relative comes to visit and needs assistance.
- The team at Apple will advise you of the install date. You will receive a call from one of our trained engineers who will advise you of their time of arrival and the estimated installation time. Ounce the install has been completed, the engineer will take as much time as required to ensure you are comfortable with the lift and how to use it, and advise you of how to contact us if required and complete any paperwork that is required.
- Aftercare. We believe our aftercare is second to none. We carry out responsive breakdown service and carry out planned maintenance and also product upgrades and also offer a buy back service dependent on age, condition, and product type.
